Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are sorry, but as a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been confirmed. We only accept returns in the case of initial defects or items that differ from the contents of the order.

Outside Japan

Customs may open your package, so there may be signs that it has been opened. Opening packages for customs inspection is a possible process for international shipping, and if the product is generally undamaged, it is not eligible for return or refund.

This product is made to order, so after payment is confirmed, it will be delivered in approximately the following time frame.
